1. Company Information

Hyguild is operated by TAB TAB TAB, SASU, a French company registered under SIREN: 945 140 127. For any inquiries, please contact us at contact@hyguild.com.

2. Hosting Provider

Our infrastructure is hosted by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France. Game servers may be deployed in various OVH datacenters based on user selection.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hyguild, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4. Service Description

Hyguild provides Hytale game server hosting services, including:

• Managed Hytale server deployment and hosting
• Server configuration and management tools
• Player management (whitelist, bans, permissions)
• File management and mod support
• Real-time console access and logs

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your Hytale account linking remains valid
• Complying with Hytale's Terms of Service and EULA
• The content and activities on your game servers

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or illegal activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
• Use servers for purposes other than hosting Hytale games

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

7. Payment and Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, 6-month, or annual). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically.

• Prices are displayed in your local currency and include applicable taxes
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; service continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control, including network issues, datacenter outages, or DDoS attacks.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Hyguild (excluding user content and third-party materials) are owned by TAB TAB TAB, SASU and are protected by French and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Hytale and related marks are property of Hypixel Studios.

10. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR and French data protection regulations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by French law, TAB TAB TAB, SASU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TAB TAB TAB, SASU from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Server data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless earlier deletion is requested.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nantes, France.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
